Such an achievement in design and development is why the course was selected as Golf Digest's 1998 number 2 "Best New Private Course" and is currently ranked 49th by Golf Digest "Top 100 Greatest Courses". Most recently, Flint Hills National has been selected as the 10th best golf resort in the United States.

Only a limited number of homes will be introduced to this secure gated community to ensure the preservation of this natural environment for the privacy and enjoyment of club members and homeowners.  Flint Hills National Club Estates are less than an acre in size. Lawn care and snow removal are part of the Club Estates outdoor maintenance package.  Park Estates are generously sized homesites from one to 13 acres and are carefully sited to take full advantage of the natural terrain.
